What is the minimum order for cooler bags?
It depends on the style. Unlaminated cooler bags start from 200 pcs depending on the style, and laminated cooler bags start from 5,000 pcs. Tell us the size and quantity you need and we will tell you which styles fit.
How long does it take to produce custom bags?
Five working days from order confirmation for ready-stock items, with courier delivery usually arriving the next day. The fastest we can turn an order around is 3 days, and we do not charge a rush fee. We either can do it or we tell you we cannot.
Do you deliver outside Melaka, and how much is shipping?
Delivery within West Malaysia is free. East Malaysia and Singapore are quoted based on weight and quantity. Shipping is built into the price we quote you, so the number on your quotation is the number you pay, with no hidden charges at the end.
What printing methods are available, and can you print gradients?
Yes, gradients can be printed. Locally we offer silkscreen, DTF heat transfer and sublimation in 1 to 2 weeks, and laminated print from 5,000 pieces, made in China in 45 to 60 days.
Is a laminated bag worth paying more for?
The unit price is actually low. What you pay is in the minimum and the wait. Laminated bags are always custom made, start at 5,000 pieces, are full colour, and only China produces them, so allow 45 to 60 days. If you need 5,000 or more and you are not rushing, it is the better bag.
What file do I need to send, and what if I do not have a design?
Adobe Illustrator or any vector file, as long as it is high resolution. We will handle colour changes, resizing and adding simple text at no extra step. What we do not do is design artwork from scratch. For that you will get a better result from your own in-house or regular designer.
Do I need to pay for a sample first?
Usually we advise against it, because a physical sample costs money and time. We send you a similar sample free of charge so you can feel the fabric, and your own design is confirmed against the artwork. A mockup sample, if you do want one, takes 5 days.
Where are you based, and do you serve customers outside Melaka?
We are in Ayer Keroh, Melaka, and we supply across Peninsular Malaysia, East Malaysia and Singapore. Being in Melaka does not limit where we deliver. Most of our customers are not in Melaka.
