2What is a tote bag, exactly?
A tote bag is a bag with handles. It is not a material, so asking a supplier for a tote bag does not yet tell them what to quote.
In Malaysia the same soft tote is often called a recycle bag or an eco bag. Before you compare prices, decide which of the three tote materials below you actually want.
3Which tote bag material should I choose: non woven, canvas or PP woven?
For most businesses a non woven tote is the right choice. It is light, takes a printed logo well and costs the least of the three. Choose canvas when the bag is part of the gift, and PP woven when it has to carry heavier items again and again.

4How is my logo printed on a tote bag?
Your logo is printed with one of four methods, and the right one depends on your colours and quantity. Silkscreen is the lowest-cost choice for logos in solid colours. DTF heat transfer and sublimation print full colour and gradients, and all three are done locally in 1 to 2 weeks.
Laminated printing gives the best full-colour finish but starts at 5,000 pcs and is made in China in 45 to 60 days, so it suits large planned orders.
5How much does tote bag printing cost in Malaysia?
Tote bag printing cost depends on the material, size, number of print colours and quantity. As a reference, an A4 non woven tote (28 × 33 × 8 cm, 100gsm) with a 1-colour print on one side starts from RM1.50 a bag at 1,000 pcs.
Every other combination is quoted. Delivery within West Malaysia is built into the price, so the number on your quotation is the number you pay.
6How long does tote bag printing take?
Ready-stock tote bags dispatch 5 working days after your order is confirmed, and courier delivery usually arrives the next day. Local printing takes 1 to 2 weeks depending on the method.
If you are up against a date, rush orders can be ready in 3 days at the earliest, with no rush fee. A mock-up sample takes 5 days if you want to see one first.
7I am in KL. How do I order printed tote bags from Melaka?
Customers in KL and the rest of West Malaysia order the same way as everyone else: on WhatsApp, with delivery included. AALY sends the finished bags by courier, and delivery to KL is free.
East Malaysia and Singapore are quoted by weight and quantity. Payment is 50% deposit, with the balance on delivery.
8What should I send to get a tote bag quote?
Send four things: your logo, the quantity, the bag size and the date you need the bags. A vector file such as Adobe Illustrator gives the sharpest print.
If you are not sure which tote you mean, send a photo of a bag you like. AALY helps with colour changes, resizing and simple text, but does not design artwork from scratch, so bring your own designer for a new logo.
