Questions buyers ask before ordering
What is the minimum order for custom bags?
100 pieces for non woven, PP woven and canvas bags, because we hold those in ready stock. Laminated non woven bags start at 5,000 pieces as they are custom made. Cooler bags are 500 or 5,000 depending on the style. The largest single order we have run is 126,000 pieces, there is no practical upper limit.
What printing methods are available, and can you print gradients?
Yes, gradients are possible. Locally we run three methods: silkscreen, the cheapest, for spot colours in one, two, three or more colours; DTF heat transfer, the most expensive, for vivid full-colour and gradient logos on smaller runs; and sublimation, cheaper than DTF, for gradient artwork over large print areas. Local printing takes 1 to 2 weeks. A fourth method, laminated printing, gives the best colour and quality at the lowest unit price but starts at 5,000 pieces and is only produced in China, taking 45 to 60 days.
How long does it take to produce custom bags?
Five working days from order confirmation for ready-stock items, with courier delivery usually arriving the next day. The fastest we can turn an order around is 3 days, and we do not charge a rush fee. We either can do it or we tell you we cannot.
Do you deliver outside Melaka, and how much is shipping?
Delivery within West Malaysia is free. East Malaysia and Singapore are quoted based on weight and quantity. Shipping is built into the price we quote you, so the number on your quotation is the number you pay, with no hidden charges at the end.
